Are you tired of feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Do your insecurities and thoughts get in the way? Maybe you've tried everything you've been told to do, and it’s just not working. Let’s face it—college and young adulthood can be tough. But imagine if there were something that could make it easier. I help young adults, college students, and young professionals get out of their heads and start creating a life they love. Therapy can help you build confidence, overcome your fears, feel more connected, find your motivation, get organized, learn to navigate stress, figure out what you really want, and unlock your potential. In counseling, we will work together to identify your goals and get after what really works. I support with evidence-based practices, education, reflective exercises, mind-body techniques, creative activities, and brainstorming to help you find new ways of doing things. We will aim to treat your symptoms & map out a path for a more meaningful way of living. Having someone that you can trust with your healing process is essential, as it takes courage to change. Whether you are looking to start or continue your therapy journey, I’d love to be a resource. Please reach out for a phone consultation, or glance at my website to help you in determining if I might be the best fit to support your counseling process.
My path to counseling started during nearly a decade working in schools, where I saw how many young people were struggling without enough mental health support. That experience also taught me something I still bring into therapy every day: how to connect with people, earn their trust, and meet them where they are. I'm an LPCC and licensed school counselor with a master's degree in counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. I also hold certifications in anxiety and stress management, trauma, grief, and loss. Outside the office, I'm a dad to two girls and usually happiest spending time outside with my family and friends or getting overly invested in a board game.

I was raised in a commune-style farm setting in rural Pennsylvania, and earned my BA from Middlebury College and then my MA in counseling psychology from Lesley College. I am currently pursuing her certificate in Modern Psychoanalysis at the Academy for Clinical and Applied Psychoanalysis in Livingston, NJ. I am a mother of three and a longtime practitioner of yoga, meditation, and Jin Shin Jyutsu (Japanese acupressure). These practices inform my interest in the well-being of the whole person. I provide a safe and comfortable space where you can explore the parts of your life that you value and also the parts you may want to change. My approach is to cultivate a sense of curiosity and kindness while supporting you in saying whatever is on your mind. As we put our thoughts and feelings into words, we tend to grow more comfortable in ourselves, even in the midst of discomfort. We may find ourselves in more positive relationships at home, at school, and at work. We may find more clarity about how we want to live our lives. Whether in person or online, I see the therapeutic process as a catalyst for reflection, exploration, self-understanding, and personal growth. Together, we will work to understand the richness of who you are and resolve whatever is getting in the way of achieving your personal and professional goals.
You’re doing your best to manage, but something still feels stuck. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, painful past experiences, relationship struggles, or neurodivergence, these challenges can feel overwhelming. You’re tired of just getting by and want relief, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose and stability. I offer insight therapy that helps build resilience, deepen emotional awareness, and encourage healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Together, we create a supportive space for reflection and growth, guiding you toward meaningful change and greater well-being. My approach is warm, intuitive, and genuine—rooted in curiosity, trust, and openness. Starting therapy is a courageous step toward clarity and self-understanding. I offer a compassionate, attentive space where every part of you is welcomed—including the parts you're still making sense of or learning to embrace. If you're ready to open yourself to authentic change, I invite you to reach out. We can begin that transformation, together.
