Hello. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) based in Chapel Hill, NC. I provide online and in-person therapy to adults 18+. I specialize in helping individuals struggling with anxiety, school/work stress, mild-moderate depression, trauma, and substance use concerns, including individuals in recovery or those who desire a harm-reduction approach.
