Dhvani Patel Lindsey
Hi, I’m Dhvani!
I offer virtual therapy sessions for students in NY and NJ who may be looking for support beyond their campus counseling center. I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions—especially during demanding or uncertain times in school.
My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I understand that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll tailor our work based on your goals—whether that means building practical tools to manage day-to-day stress or exploring deeper patterns that may be shaping your experiences.
Finding the right therapist matters. If you’re interested in working together, I’d be happy to connect for a free consultation to see if it feels like a good fit for you.
